Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of pointy keys (the "Service") at pointy-keys.example. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Service

The pointy keys marketplace and all related pages, tools, and APIs.

Key

A digital activation code or asset delivered to you after a completed purchase.

Wallet

The prepaid credit balance held against your account and used to settle orders.

Order

A confirmed request to purchase one or more Keys at the prices shown at checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Some Keys carry regional or platform restrictions. You are responsible for confirming a Key is valid for your region and platform before purchase.

Registration

You must verify your email address before signing in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and billing information.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account to a third party.

You may load prepaid credits into your Wallet through our payment provider. Credits are denominated in the Wallet currency and are used to settle orders. Wallet credits hold no cash value outside the Service and do not accrue interest.

1. 01Top-ups are subject to minimum and maximum amounts shown at the time of payment.
2. 02A successful top-up is reflected once our payment provider confirms the transaction.
3. 03Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

Prices are shown at checkout and are re-confirmed at the moment of purchase. Once an order is paid, fulfilment begins automatically and Keys are delivered to your account, typically within moments.

Keys are digital goods. Once a Key has been revealed or delivered, it is considered consumed for the purpose of returns.

Because Keys are delivered electronically and can be used immediately, all sales are final once a Key is revealed. Where a Key is faulty, already redeemed, or not delivered, contact support and we will investigate and, where appropriate, replace the Key or credit your Wallet.

• Report a faulty or undelivered Key within 14 days of the order date.
• Do not attempt to redeem a Key you intend to dispute.
• Resolved disputes are credited to your Wallet unless required otherwise by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service. The following are prohibited:

• Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Automated scraping, resale, or bulk acquisition without written permission.
• Reverse engineering, probing, or interfering with the Service or its security.
• Any activity that violates applicable law or a third-party platform's terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules and may withhold delivery on orders flagged for fraud review.

To the extent permitted by law, pointy keys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
